SUPPORTING YOUTH
The Aquatic Biosphere Project respectfully acknowledges that our work takes place on Treaty 6 territory and the Métis homeland, traditional and ancestral lands of First Nations and Métis peoples. The water that flows through these lands continues to shape the histories, languages and cultures of First Nations, Metis and Inuit peoples flowing out to the sea and beyond, as it has since time in memorial. The Story of Water’s chapters are written by the experiences of Indigenous people. We are committed to honouring, listening and learning from these teachings and creating safe spaces so they can be shared with others.
